At The Place
Your ceremony will take place in a beautiful setting with an outdoor feeling, indoors. A beautiful space without fear of rain ruining your special day.
Now, you may Kiss the Bride.
Your reception area is filled with flowers, twinkling lights in wonderful rings of flowers. Fabulous, fun-filled photo opportunities, props, and stations create the atmosphere for a truly memorable wedding.

The Place is a very affordable Wedding and Event Venue. With separate spaces for both the ceremony and reception, the six-hour rental includes; the fully decorated venue as well as one wedding time coordinator to help with time organization on the day of your event. Our friendly coordinator works to keep your celebration on track so that you don’t have to worry and won’t miss a thing.

The choice is yours.
The place offers ample space for up to 100 guests, including the bridal party, as well as a dance floor, a DJ, and a *bar area.
You can choose to hire a DJ for your event or you can use our sound system and your playlist to dance the night away.
You can select from our list of preferred vendors or you can choose your own.
We will offer a list of recommended vendors for catering, bartending, and photography. The Place does not cater food and alcohol must be served by an outside vendor who is licensed and insured. (Don’t worry, we have a list to help you if you would like.)

Our packages include a ceremony setting with an elegant backdrop and a separate coordinating reception setting which includes: tables, chairs, linens, decorations, signs, audio system, photo props and more.

Your event can be reserved with s non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost at the time of booking. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the event.
You must purchase event liability and cancelation insurance through a third party. (We can help you find one if you would like.)
Bar service is available at the location. Bartender must be licensed and insured. We offer an approved list of bartenders to provide service if you would like alcohol at your event. Additional insurance is required.
Another way you save! We do offer a preferred vendor list however, you can choose your vendor for catering, DJ, officiant etc.
